The problem is that this library is not in KDE, and as I download it from github, autogen.sh I can do the make or compile, because there is no such library, if I do not remember kde uses another similar, but it does not work, or not Can compile

There is no libjpeg library
The error that comes out is as follows
Configure: error: The following required libraries were not found:
Libjpeg
Maybe some development libraries / packages are missing?
If you do not want to link with them
--with-jpeg = no
When trying to compile, some help or update
