I started usig Deepin 15.4 when it was only in beta, and there were only a few app updates and not system component (e.g. dde-desktop). Meanwhile the 'stable' version is officially released. So is there a way to upgrade to it or do I have to perform a clean install? And most imortantly, can I finally use it on my native language (Hungarian) or it will still only work well in English?

No. It says all packages are up to date. Same for sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade.

I ran sudo apt-get update a few times and then it suddenly found updates. After installing them everything works fine. Thanks!

But again: running sudo apt-get update a few times solved this issue.
