Is there a manual for deepin?

I have seen reviews that really like it, and I love the way it looks but some things that I think should be simple are becoming hard to find.

Can't figure out how to change from Celsius to Farenheight.

Changed time format from 24hr to 12hr, but Deepin Calander still has 24hr format.

Doesn't Deepin Calander sync wiht google calander?  If so, where are the settings?  I can't find them.

Need Manual.....
