    I don't know what is wrong with sound but whenever I play something on YouTube.. the sound keeps getting cut (keeps going mute) for few seconds and then coming back.. any idea what's wrong?

    Well, you should run the following command in terminal:
    sudo deepin-feedback-cli

    and upload the generated log archive file here

    do you mean video keeps on playing without audio?
    what's your cpu usage when it happens?
    does it happen in all videos on youtube?
