successfuly anbox worked in deepin 15.9 for me !

why not try xdroid?

Please tell me all the steps needed to install the anbox

follow to main instruction and install anbox with snap
$ snap install --devmode --beta anbox
then follow this instruction to installing dkms
dkms

1- sudo apt-get install linux-headers-amd64  
2-then configure the files :
    sudo cp anbox.conf /etc/modules-load.d/
    sudo cp 99-anbox.rules /lib/udev/rules.d/

3- Then copy the module sources to /usr/src/:
    sudo cp -rT ashmem /usr/src/anbox-ashmem-1
    sudo cp -rT binder /usr/src/anbox-binder-1

4-Finally use dkms to build and install:
       sudo dkms install anbox-ashmem/1
       sudo dkms install anbox-binder/1
