求助啊，网络总是不通

安装了12.12，然后设置了IP，然后发现网络总是不通
ping网关总是返回From 10.27.2.50 icmp_seq=2 Destination Host Unreachable
PS：10.27.2.50是我主机的IP
我该怎么处理这个问题？现在连求助都得重启进入windows问了。。。
