Now deepin15.4.1 supports 32 languages, namely Chinese (China), Chinese (Taiwan), Chinese (Hong Kong), English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Spanish (Latin America), Japanese, Korean, Finnish, Indonesian, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Polish, Romanian, Dutch, Hungarian, Czech, Greek, Danish, Slovak, Bulgarian, Malay, Swedish, Croatian, Hindi(India), Ukrainian and Amharic (Ethiopia).

We updated many English source files before release, so the translators in 32 languages don't have enought time to translate all source files .

Some applications release a new version after deepin 15.4.1, such as Deepin File Manager V1.5, so there will be some texts in interface is still English even now you see that translations in Transifex are 100%. We will apply your translation in next version and don't worry about that.

Ok, give us the necessary time to complete translation before the release of Deepin 15.5 (September 2017).

The Control Center says that it supports Estonian, but in fact when I switch to Estonian, almost 90% of the interfaces are still shown in Engish

the interface for Arabic script (arabic -persian -ughuric -sendi - dari - urdu ... ) its need support RTL

Good morning. I would like to know if Deepin 15.5 will receive an update on the table for version 17. In the Debian Sid repository version 17 is present.

In my opinion there is an Issue with the structure of the translation communities here. I never reached a member of the German translation team that is in charge for reviewing and confirm translations. There are no meetings, no online sprints to bring it forward and stuff like that. There is even no statement from the translation community what skills are needed to make an impact or to help to review translations. I am a bit disappointed about that, because if there where more communication about that we could be much more effective. Instead we waste our time on our own with translating one string after an other without knowing something about how and when these strings will be confirmed and used because there is no communication between translators in every language on it's own. Maybe it is time to think about this a moment and come up with a plan that enhance communication between translators a bit more.

I am not part of the translation team. From what I have noticed. Some of translators tend to hang out and communicate on the unofficial Deepin Telegram Groups. I remember in the old Deepin forum we use to have a German section. I do not see a German telegram group yet. Many of the groups were started by Deepin community members.

Deepin itself uses Telegram for the international group and the internal testing group, too and overall telegram is still free while whatsapp costs 50 cent at least if you install it the first time.
