Hello !

I have a technical question for you.

Very often after I install the last updates, the system ask me to reboot the system.

Why this happens ? I know this is not so common on Linux systems.

Only Windows ask everytime to reboot the system, after have installed the updates.

Linux needs this,too.
Most linux systems don't ask for this because they know that it's very annoying and it's not a problem when the updates start working after the next normal reboot, that needn't happpen immediately.
Without the reboot your system updates don't apply.
If you update only programs,it's enough to close them and open them again.
You don't really need to reboot your system.
Just click the message away and your updates will work on the next day when your computer was restarted.
