How do I change the icons of folders and files in Deepin File Manager?

In most file managers, when opening the properties of a folder or file and clicking on it's icon, it will open up a GUI for changing it, but it seems Deepin File Manager cannot do that. Is there any other way to change the icons, or is that not a feature at all?
