I'm not sure if this is the same thing,but try that command:
dmesg > syslog.txt
Now open the file syslog.txt and look if there is something useful in it.

systemd has been globally implemented as the default init system with deepin, and systemd has integrated its own log viewer called journalctl.
Basically, you should check out journalctl for any systemd service related logs.
