Check BIOS, see if internal graphics option can be disabled, or if PCI-E option can be forced. For the wi-fi, I see it detected and with its correct driver... Try searching those RTL8821AE drivers, if you can find, in .deb package and reinstall them. Realtek always gives problems with drivers, as an example, my realtek dongle works in all Linux systems but not with ones with KDE environment.

Oh, this new notebook, if the wifi card cannot work well, you may hack the kernel module, please refer here(http://billauer.co.il/blog/2014/08/linux-ubuntu-yoga-hardware-blocked-wireless-lan/).

I have a LENONVO R720 game notebook,  the wifi card cannot work, and find that the linux kernel don't support it yet. just hack the kernel ideapad-laptop.c source, and try again.

If you have lenovo R720,do this and your wifi will work:
1. cd /etc/modprobe.d/
2. sudo touch ideapad.conf
3. sudo vim ideapad.conf
then add "blacklist ideapad_laptop" to ideapad.conf
4. sudo modprobe -r ideapad_laptop
