Today is the last day of October. Yet, there is no news about Deepin 15.5. Will it be released today or release date postponed? I am egerly wating for Deepin 15.5.

I got the beta update with the normal "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade".
I'm happy with it,even if there aren't so many changes.
I hoped so much that it will get rid of this outdated kernel with the update but unluckily not.
It's still the very old 4.9.

I agree with you about kernel Beside Kernel 4.14 released
I am using Dell 7559 I have to use that parameters have for the powersave and optimus

acpi_osi='!Windows 2015' pcie_port_pm=off ipv6.disable=1 i915.enable_psr=1 i915.modeset=1 i915.enable_dc=1 i915.enable_rc6=1 i915.enable_fbc=1 i915.semaphores=1
