标题栏能不能变窄一些？

标题栏有点宽，一个是不怎么美观，另一个是本本本来屏幕不大，挺占地方的。能否上下变窄一下，有全局菜单就更好了

目前没有全局菜单这一功能。如果要改标题栏的宽度，这个得修改主题了。
