Hi, I recently installed deepin 15.06 as an altenative to windows 10. I have been really enjoying it until I lately when it simply boots to "initramfs". The command lines prompts me to type help yet 'help' yet I get no results. I also introduced myself to the linux community or environment recently and hence I will be grateful for any assistance to solve this problem since I have to submit some urgent files before a deadline. Thank you.

Please make bootable drive and boot in Legacy and Uefi mod. Make sure that you have backup all Important files while Flashing.

I had the same issue before after I uninstalled some kernel versions I wasn't using, and that is what fixed it for me.
