Release plan of deepin 15.11

Control Center	Support different display scaling values for multiple screens, and fix the blank screen issue when setting dual screens. Add the switch - “Join User Experience Program” to make the user needs better understood. Support cloud synchronization of certain settings by deepin ID. Support using keyboard to navigate and change the settings in Control Center. Display more hardware information.
Dock	Show the battery remaining time and the charging time.
Window Manager	Improve the UI in KWin.
File Manager	Add disc burning function. Support creating shortcut for executable program manually.
Deepin Store	Change the switching method between China and International regions. Show the total donation amount in my donations.
Other Applications	Deepin Movie: Support dragging and dropping the subtitle file to Deepin Movie to load it directly. Deepin Screenshot: Remember the last storage location when saving the screenshot to the specified folder.

Please bring back "Deepin System Installer" which used to be there till 15.6.
Its tedious to mess up partitions and dual boots. Deepin Installer was so clean wubi app.
Apart from all wonders and beauty deepin offers, it was so clean to be in just a "root.disk" file.

Maybe make the settings app jump to its own window.
Make it dockable to the side if we want to, but make it standalone for those who want to tweak the system without constantly having to launch the settings sidebar over and over.

Stabily is good enough for now. In fact it tooked over a year to fix keyboard layout issues. And by now we still have to edit input.rc by hand to get German Umlauts in feeling on console. This is just an example. So Reed Feedback and start to fix all open bugs, before designing new Ui-Featueres and functionality will be a good strategy to make deepin better.

You can change this icons.
/home/user/.local/share/applications
You can see the name there and juste rename an icon of your choice and put then on icon theme.

1) I would love to see more features on the Deepin File Manager, as in more information on the File/Disk Info like location or mount point, among other things. I find the Deepin File Manager usable but certainly lacking on features from other default File Managers of other distros.

2) More built-in themes wouldn't hurt.

3) Complete/Improve the Dark mode of Deepin Apps (like when I am on Dark mode, why is it that pop-up windows like App About is still in Light theme?) . And why is there no Dark mode for Calendar in 15.9.1?

4) Desktop widgets please. Conky doesn't work too well for me.
