Deepin do have arm version. check http://cdimage.deepin.com/armhf/15/beta1.0/

I remember it can work in Raspberry Pi

don't forget to turn off all animation effects in setting, otherwise it will be very very slow.

But it's too old,it had stopped update since 2016.You can try to complete DDE's code if you upgrade your debian to sid.
