Thank you, but this does not work. Firstly, this disabled authentication completely, both password and fingerprint. You click on a "log in" button, and you are on my computer, which I do not want.
Secondly, after doing this and I logged in, I still got prompted by the keyring to enter my password. So yes, this does not solve the issue at all, basically only obliterates authentication, and that's it.

There's no way to unlock keyring with fingerprint as this one said, at least until 11 months ago.

2019-10-10 06:16 deepin I have the same issue, I am not using a fingerprint reader. If you remove the password in passwords and settings for login, it will start asking for your password again in a few days.

Yes, they can enter your computer, but they can't do any operations, because they must know the password there for do that. So, the problem solved in my opinion.

Whenever I login into my account on Deepin, I use my fingerprint scanner, which works perfectly fine. However, the problem comes in when Skype starts up then I am constantly prompted by manually entering my password.
I have checked on other forums and the best solution I have so far is to delete the keyring log back in and it's solved. But after a few weeks, this just comes back and happens again. Please see attached screenshot.
Can someone please assist with this, it's quite annoying to every day be prompted by this and needing to manually re-enter my credentials each time. Thank you in advance.
