I had the same problem and solved it as follows:

sudo deepin-editor /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf

Edit the next line
options iwlwifi 11n_disable=1 bt_coex_active=0 power_save=0 swcrypto=1

Change to:
options iwlwifi 11n_disable=0 bt_coex_active=0 power_save=0 auto_agg=0 swcrypto=1

Remember to make a backup before.
