使用情景：电脑发热大，风扇响，耗电多，此时需要降低CPU 频率

美中不足的几点，1、界面不是中文的；2、在启动器中右键单机卸载会失败，只能用命令来卸

楼主不错！东西也不错！
建议：1、界面能否小点，最大与最小之间区别不大。2、能否设置语言即中文和英语。另外：楼主既然能开化，能否搞个天气软件或插件。
