    有线网络关也关不着，网线拔出后，还显示已连接录屏_dde-control-center_20211125192843.gif

    试一试 sudo nmtui ，和控制中心一样使用的 network manager 的接口，如果它也是一样无法关闭网络，那可能是 network manager 的bug了。
