    系统处于锁屏状态，没有鼠标图标，动鼠标也没用，这要怎么关机呢？

    看是否方便提供一下版本信息，设备信息，对于日志管理器里面的系统日志，内核日志能贴上来看是否可以发现点啥，暂时还没接收到这类反馈tail
