    When i'm installing deepin os in the create partition menu i cant find my hard drive and the space that i free from it. it is only showing the ssd drive. please help me to fix this!

    Can boot into live mode, open a terminal and show the output of

    sudo fdisk -l

    You also need to give us some more info about your system in order to help you. It sounds like your drive didn't get mounted during boot.
