    opera浏览器登录带时间的网页，发现网页时间和本地时间相差8小时，感觉是时区的问题，但是浏览器开启了时区，还是没起作用：

    操作系统时区是CST

    这个时间差异主要是因为系统时区导致的，可以将系统时区设置成上海时区，不要使用默认的北京时区，这个问题会在部分浏览器上有这个现象，后续后面有好的处理方案我们能兼容。
