For me, Deepin feels very lacking because I cannot do anything other than use the pre-built applications. I use Windows mainly to use the apps I wrote myself for .NET Framework.
Huawei Harmony OS has own app development suite.
Deepin here feels very lacking. I'm not asking for something like the full blown Huawei app development suite. Just something simple the layman can use to create custom software that runs in Deepin.
