    I believe that it would be better for deepin to use Fedora as a base in the future, this would help in more updated kernel, table and repositories.

    No, deepin is the Debian series, not the RAD HAT series.

    dde will be on top of debian until the developers fully adapt the applications for risk-v then it will be a separate distribution.

    There will never be a fedora
