    I notice many time in deepin linux, many packages and reposoteries are old, like wine, kdeconnect etc..also app store we face same problem, many apps are old verson....opera not install properly and meny packages problem...................................

    Not a problem, it's how it works for all Linux distros that aren't "rolling releases".

    When you insist in having brand new versions for everything you're only trading stability for "novelty".
