Brother published an automated script as well as spearated drivers (printer, scanner. pc-fax) packaged for different tools: https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadlist.aspx?c=es&lang=es&prod=mfcl2710dw_us_eu_as&os=128&flang=English
For the (Debian based) Deepin Linux, and if you don't want to use the script and instead install the drivers indivially using simple GUI tools, you should download and install the .deb files. Now, for the printer driver there's only one but other have 32-bit or 64-bit options (most likely you'll need 64-bit so ignore the others. In summary download all of the following files and install them all simply by double-clicking and confirming, preferably in this order:
-
Linux Printer Driver
-
Scanner Driver 64bit
-
Scan-key-tool 64bit
-
Scanner Setting file
-
PC-FAX driver
Any issue please let us know. If any, please include the full error messages in you reply.
