Although choosing dd/mm/yyyy in settings, yyyy/mm/dd is displayed on dock

For example, in France, we use dd/mm/yyyy (for today : 13/05/2023).

In settings, we choose that setting.

However, on the dock, this is still displayed as yyyy/mm/dd :　

This is an issue I had already mentioned for Deepin 20.x release, and I was told this would be solved in 23 release.
This is not the case, so far.
