    升级工具支持从本地导入镜像。

    不过我更推荐你手动备份数据后重装V23，因为升级工具目前光出毛病，不是升级失败就是升级后功能异常。

    自己先手动把镜像下载下来，放在升级工具下载的地方去替换掉

    下面这个是清华大学开源镜像站，速度还是比较快的，直达V23目录
