    提醒时间自定义，精确到分钟。现在这样，下午的日程只能在早上9点提醒

    还真是！一直没留意，新建日程的时候默认就勾选“全天”...建议改改

    这个问题我认为产品经理是希望能帮助用户做预判所以站在自己的一个需求设计者的角度为用户做了固定场景触发条件的预判。我认为其实没有必要去做全天的勾选，具体需要如何设置是否全天这个问题交给用户自行处理。
