V23的源内没有neofetch，安装这个试试：http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/n/neofetch/neofetch_7.1.0-2_all.deb
下载好后在下载目录右键打开终端用 sudo apt install ./neofetch_7.1.0-2_all.deb 安装试试。

解压之后找到叫做 neofech的文件
直接运行它
