    笔记本电脑亮度无法调节，如题

    系统默认亮度一直最亮，在设置里面调节和使用快捷键调节均没有作用

    而且系统外放没有声音，相关硬件设备配置和系统版本如图

    硬件信息里面intel核显好像有异常，是不是因为这个的原因？

    电脑太新，升级到6.1内核试试。

    上6.1内核会解决核显的问题，声卡应该也会解决。
