你命令前没有加sudo：sudo apt-get update

一旦终端显示的是权限不够或者是 Permission Denied ，说明需要更高的系统权限，偷懒或者个人 PC 直接 root 权限，那请在命令前加 sudo 。

$ sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade && sudo apt autoremove

只需要执行 sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade 就行了
