网卡驱动正常吗？如果正常，那就是网络的问题。

可以连一下手机的网络试试能不能上网~
要是可以正常上网的话,那可能是之前连接的无线网络有问题~

好兄弟我遇到同样问题被折磨了半个月，搜了半天也没解决方法，我靠自己摸索了解决方法你可以试试。我是显示能连接wifi但是无法连接互联网，说明网卡驱动没有问题。我最后猜测了半天感觉是dns服务有问题，就把连接的wifi的dns手动设置了一下，就是点开你连接的wifi右边那个小箭头，然后有个设置菜单，你把dns设置成114.114.114.114和8.8.8.8，然后关闭浏览器重开多试几次就行了，我是这样的

刚刚遇到，跟笔记本或者系统无关，我的是DNS有问题，手动设置成223.5.5.5和8.8.8.8后即可。
