我是一机三系统，我还真有一个好办法
京东上有一款鼠标，三模，支持蓝压4.0、5.0以及红外（usb接收器）。深度用蓝牙5.0,瘟疫用4.0。就实现了鼠标通用。我一直想推荐，怕有广告嫌疑，没敢发帖
而且这款鼠标还不贵，不到80元。

按你的需求来说，你可能需要MX Master系列鼠标，它可以配对三台设备，通过鼠标背面的按钮来切换设备。（缺点是略贵）

讯飞G50鼠标就行，价格500元左右，也支持你说的三设备切换功能。唯一缺点是官方的语音助手现在还没Linux版。

还好我的鼠标有USB接收和蓝牙两种功能，win11用蓝牙模式，deepin用usb接收模式。
