    很多国防单位 都是不联网的，直接物理上隔断，就拿我实习的单位来说吧，机器都没有任何的接口，只有一台上网的机器 供大家查询。

    如何拷贝资料呢？ 首先有 某部门 审核你要拷贝的资料，然后用去某部 用光盘拷贝
