鼠标在滚动区点击后，随便按一个上下键或上下页键，滚动条就出现了。

每当我将光标指针靠近窗口右下角，长按触控板左键，然后移动光标时都见不到滚动条，需要插上鼠标并用鼠标滚轮才能见到滚动条，进行滚动操作。希望官方优化一下这个机制，谢谢！
