    优麒麟是基于Ubuntu的，宣传的是符合中国用户习惯的Ubuntu衍生版，发布计划与Ubuntu相同，但有时又没有。

    开放麒麟宣传的是根社区操作系统，但目前来看并不是完全根，软件包格式还是deb。2个的系统组件都是差不多的。

    优麒麟是麒麟软件公司纯拿钱砸的Ubuntu官方中文版冠名权，在20.04版本后被放弃(镜像源被默默替换成Ubuntu的阿里镜像，和一些其他的蛛丝马迹，不要看新闻，自己判断)

    开放麒麟是被精简的Ubuntu focal，删掉了密钥环，然后说自己是根系统(因为真正的根系统换别的系统apt源full-upgrade会多多少少出问题,开放麒麟却100%契合)
