把ubuntu里的firmware文件全部拷到deepin的firmware里面
最好是先试试看更换内核

但这种情况，应该不是驱动原因吧，啥都不设置，直接连接wifi也不行嘛？

WiFi连接好了 网页显示DNS错误 但是DNS我设置好了 114的

那这个有可能是跟运营商之间的DNS服务器有一定关系，当然只是推测，从使用手机网络来看，网卡肯定是正常的，可以尝试更换一下DNS服务器地址试试。
