我的机子好像不能装你说的这个内核，因为列出来的可安装内核里，没有6.4.1版本

没有列出来是正常的，因为这种内核是论坛用户自编译的内核，不属于官方内核。
需要把提供的下载链接里面的linux-image和linux-headers开头的deb包都下载下来，然后使用终端安装这些包。
