V23 下系统自带浏览器是玲珑应用，需要用玲珑命令ll-cli进行管理。
不过，点击启动器，找到系统自带浏览器，右键菜单选择卸载也可以啊，无需使用命令。

20.9，右键无法卸载任何软件，都是卸载失败

先执行下 sudo apt install -f 试试。
还是不行，就用 sudo apt purge 代替下吧
