这盘事多，一般不用它。

个人感觉管用，使用tlp降频。

安装：
sudo apt install tlp tlp-rdw

启动一次，之后就不用管了：

sudo tlp start

查看状态：

tlp-stat -s

使用过程中感觉不那么卡了。cpu也不会经常90%以上了。
