帮国外的某自然科学期刊审稿，下载了PDF文件。用LO打开，直接转换成可编辑的形式了，显示的程序界面是Draw。

你确定是可编辑文字，不是把整个PDF当图片编辑的？

libreoffice Draw确实可以打开，但是貌似没有阅读视图，看起来挺费劲

最新的Adobe Reader的安装包已经做到了70+MB，装好后还提示缺少亚洲语言字体。

libreoffice Draw确实可以打开，但是貌似没有阅读视图，看起来挺费劲

那个右下角，有个放大缩小，默认不是100％把它拖到100％就行了
