    今天新装了v20.9，双硬盘双系统，采用手动分区方式将deepin独立安装在一块硬盘内。

    装好了想备份一下，结果找不到入口。

    看论坛帖子有人说用 timeshift备份，我安装试了一下只能登入系统后使用，若系统盘崩溃无法登入岂不是无法恢复？

    感觉还是老版本的 v20.3备份/恢复功能好用，直接在 grub中有菜单入口，恢复系统很容易。

    求教，v20.9自带备份恢复功能吗？若有的话怎样使用？

    楼上说得对。另外系统崩溃的情况下可以用livecd来进timeshift恢复。

    因为你是采用手动分区方式安装的，你没有设置备份分区，所以不能备份。
