    hello ive got this problem when I start the pc, ando in the dual boot select deepin it comes with black screen then i press alt f1 or f2 and shows me this message stoping me to continue . what can i do or what solutions can tou give me, hoping you can help me giving me the best precise answers.

    this is due to newer hardware. this problem presist on all deepin versions. my cpu r7 6800h have this error. but booting normal with kernel 6.1.1 hwe. some acpi calls may be not working. in my machine there are random reboots. ubuntu works even with kernel 5.15.

    if you post your problem in chinese in chinese version of forum may be someone can reply you. international community is not active well.
