就刚刚退出了浏览器，就一直打不开了。

软件：edge浏览器
情况：一直使用edge浏览器，最近使用的时候发现会有卡死的情况，然后提示程序无响应，要强制退出再重新打开。（之前用chrome浏览器也是一样，所以才会更换edge浏览器，但发觉edge浏览器也出现这个情况。）
求助：有遇到这个情况的伙伴吗？有解决办法吗
