    此问题只在刚开机或注销后进入系统时，第一次点击“启动器”时发生，点击后大概2~3秒左右才会响应。

    是v23吗？v23的话可以更新到9月15日内测版，然后打命令sudo apt install dcc-insider-plugin，重启，重启后进入控制中心

    -更新-技术预览-打开技术预览版启动器试试会不会好一点。 @麻浩春 @asen2017

    20.9，我觉得我的是因为机械盘的问题，刚开机打开啥都慢
