No there is no such way do this right now.
Linglong is desgined to run in rootless sandbox. By design running as sudo is not allowed.

when running file manager as admin i can not use linglong packaged apps i have to install leafpad x-archiver and other alternatives.
with normal users there is option to use linglong apps. there is not any information about running as root.
