    我的系统版本是20.9，通过官方提供的升级工具升级V23，安装检测通过并重启后提示如下两张图，请问该怎么操作？iso使用的是beta1版本

    打开两个文件失败了，应该是引导文件方面出问题了吧。

    通过ubuntu的引导还能进去20.9，但是每次进都很麻烦，在试了一次这个工具，还是不成功

    备份一下efi分区（引导弄坏了再恢复回来）和重要资料，用boot-repair试试能不能修复引导（网上查下相关文章和资料）
