首先在V23中除了第一次升级是全量备份，后面的更新都是增量备份。
另外不考虑备份的情况对于有技术背景的用户使用可能会更多，对于普通用户升级时的备份时有必要的否则有问题时时无法回退的。另外升级可选中备份这个功能在需求池中，目前还没有排上计划。
